THE FIRM

We are work-in-progress since 2009. Amongst the most eminent architectural firms in Gangtok, we now also have a branch in Guwahati. Transforming simple brick and mortar into some of the most extraordinary spaces, we have an extensive portfolio of 250 projects and counting. We believe in giving our creativity a free rein and in evolving with the times, yet, with all the principles of trust, transparency and sustainability intact.
All in all, we are a team of energetic, experienced and well-versed professionals striving to create better a built environment with our practices.

OUR WORKS
Our work is ever dynamic. With an expansive clientele from various sectors, we have designed for a diverse set of industries spanning hospitality, education, IT and retail. Our work involves ideation + visualisation, followed by implementation of residential, commercial and industrial projects. We also work vastly on the area of redefining landscape at large. Our team is made up of a group of talented architects, interior designers, civil engineers, urban/town planners, landscape artists, CAD operators, interior decorators and 3D and graphic designers. We provide all kinds of services such as blueprints for statutory approval from government bodies, estimation, valuation for financial advice and documentation for loan purposes as well.

Equipped to handle the A to Z of architecture, we work towards excellence, efficient delivery and sophistication in building-technology. Our work has involved architectural design and development services for bungalows, hospitals, hotels, corporate offices, banking and financial institutions, commercial complexes, shopping malls, educational institutions, recreational centres, sports centres, tourist infrastructures, religious tourism, conservation, and civil redevelopment and infrastructure projects.

Our team puts in a lot of thought into every project that is undertaken. A meticulous process of planning, designing and implementation is followed for every single project. Creating aesthetically-pleasing designs, we always put practicality in the core of our approach. With us, every detail is perfected whether it is space-planning or construction-on-site.

With our clients all through the project, we also ensure constant site visits ensure for the best of execution. Keeping up with the global trends, we want our clients to receive the best. We also have a database of locally available materials and techniques that we share with our clients for efficient work process.
We have always worked in coordination with renowned national and international companies and are happy to do our best to tailor our designs to the needs and budget of the client.
